Voice Modulation

I started playing TTW and the intercom voices (Jonas talking with "dad" at the birthday party) dont sound Modulated.

Also the tape that "dad" left with Jonas its not modulated.

Is that a "fixable" bug or did I do something wrong?

I did try reinstalling twice and played with no mods.

Also I do not want to continue and find out that the BoS/OC and Enclave armors will not have modulated voices or that I have to fix all of them.

the voice modulation doesn't work the same on the FNV engine we removed the modulation because the voices would get screechy and sound really bad with TTW. Not sure anyone has come up with a better solution.

I though that it was just in certain places which would be annoying.

I will continue playing(testing).
