Textures, Cells and Doctor Li

Well I have another problem and I shall post my load order and a bunch of pictures.



I was running to check a few things in the train station and behind the National Archives I noticed this:


It seems that a piece of rubble may be missing a texture or something like that.



Then I go to show the problem I was having as it persists:




This is me walking through the cells of the train station after the opening the blast doors (I used tcl and tgm to quickly run here so do keep that in mind for everything except the cell problems) and notice I can't look into other cells that I have and can walk through.



Then we have this, which I couldn't duplicate after reloading the save:


Now we have Doctor Li joining me on an adventure to try and go to Nevada even though she just told me to shut up so she could get back to work and when then proceed to leave me and go into the metro (she appeared in each new world space I went to). This stopped when I reloaded the save though.

Your plugin count is awful

Your plugin count is awful high; high plugin counts can lead to random instabilities such as the ones you are experiencing.

Thank you Jax, I was speaking in chat earlier about the same thing. Though what was curious to me is the fact that my plugin count used to be higher and I didn't receive as many errors. I've actually been cutting back seeing as how I was pushing the 140-150 limit a lot before and I've been slowly getting rid of and merging mods.

The Doctor Li thing may have been from console cheats as I was racing to get into the station to take some pictures and I think the red texture sphere may be as well but the cell view is persistent and I can live with it if I have to.



EDIT: It turns out it was indeed the WMX plugins and I proceeded to remove even more plugins to try and get to my favorable range again. After I removed the patch and added only the TTW WMX plugin, the mesh for my Holorifle came back in Dead Money. I have yet to test it outside Dead Money, but I do not see any missing meshes or textures right now.

The issues in the three

The issues in the three pictures from inside the metro (is that the train station in DC?) might be caused by the Interior Lighting Overhaul mod.  I remember that deactivating the .esp removed that problem in my game.
