Editing Armors in FNVEdit

So I was trying to convert a mod for my game, but FNVEdit will not allow me to edit the DT and "?" values. I there a way to be able to edit  them in FNVEdit? If not, what is the equivalent of the "?" value in the Geck? The value really is represented by a question mark.

I know. FNVEdit will allow me to edit the AC/AR values, but not DT. When I edit it, it doesn't commit the changes. Also, when I used Blisst's AR to DT script (found here: https://taleoftwowastelands.com/comment/18266#comment-18266), It said that editing DT is not allowed. Does this info help?

My hunch is that it is an old version of the armor form, I assume it's a convert from FO3 to FNV using the conversion script. You can try loading it in the GECK as active file and then saving it, then going back into FNVEdit to finish it up.
