EDIT Stop starting the game with the launcher. Or edit the same lines in fallout_default.ini as you do in fallout.ini and fallout_prefs.ini

FO3 npcs wont have their
FO3 npcs wont have their faces edited to conform with the new head meshes. I dont know what they will look like, but its a decent bet that at least some of them will be pretty deformed.

You need to have the delilah
You need to have the delilah mod itself. The download on the FCO page is just a compatibility patch.

the facial textures on the
the facial textures on the Delilah mod itself as i checked are not that detailed and refined as portrayed in the image under optional files on this web page . So do i have to download this compatibility patch and paste it to my fallout NV game folder after installing the delilah mod itself to the FNV data folder ?
