I have absoutlely no idea whats causing this, I've tried disabling every except the esms for TTW, uninstalling Vurt's Flora Overhaul, uninstalling my enbs, changing Ugrids, uninstalling Neveda Skies, reseting my falloutnv.ini, and restoring the nivida inspector profile to default. But this issue won't go away.
Its not that the areas ahead are missing its more like the Silent Hill fog from the PS1 as you walk more and more becomes visible. Its as if the ugrids are set really low but i tried changing ugrids from 5 to 9 and it keeps with the same view. I'm asking for help in the Puretone ENB page

Still awaiting answers as it started happening after installed that and made the recommend adjustments to the ini file and used his profile for nvidia inspector. Though maybe it might not be all of that after since i have reset the ini, deleted the enb and sweetfx, and reset the profile for inspector.
I'm at a loss i don't know what might be causing this issue.
Update: I decided to go for a very old save file that was in the Mojave Wasteland and i discovered that on there i could see the far away landscape it wasn't that big silent hill like in the captial wasteland. So it seems to be TTW related I'm going to attempt a reinstall of TTW. Incase that doesn't work.. does anyone have advice and how i can fix it or maybe what caused it ? I disabled EVERY MOD except for the TTW main esms and the NV esms so it can't be anything else.
Update: Finally got it , something must have gone wrong during the install... on the first reinstall i got the no menu problem but on the second reinstall everything now seems to be in order
