Dialog conflict

I'm having an issue with wasteland vendors and scavengers having no dialog. It zooms it a bit like they're about to talk and then nothing happens. I noticed "Fixed Scavengers have no intro dialogue" in the patch notes and they work with no mods checked off. Unofficial Fallout patch is one of the offenders. I'm guessing any mod that edits dialog in one game might cause problems in the other. Does anyone know how to handle these conflicts? I couldn't find anything in FNVedit.

You are using the unofficial fallout 3 patch? I don't think that is going work properly with TTW.


TTW might need to have its own patch made from scratch.

I was hoping to learn how to make it work but I guess it's not a huge issue. It works well if you get rid of the armor and weapon conflicts.
