Main menu crash

Alright, I've seen plenty of these same threads, but I figured I'd give it a shot. My load order is exactly as is says on the Alpha download page. I am getting errors on my TTW installer which read, 

your version of pointlookout.bsa is not supported

your version of zeta.bsa is not supported

your version of fallout3.esm is not supported

Now, it still installs but when I run the game, it just shows the menu with no cursor and no options. I don't have any other mods on in my load order. I'm sure the fix is fairly simple. Additionally, my FNV and FO3 are the latest patches. I also have NVSE installed. I'm on Windows 7 I believe. Any suggestions or tips to get this working? I've tried so many times, I'd literally pay somebody to just install it for me if I knew somebody lol. Unfortunately, I'm the only Fallout geek in my circle.

You could've simply chosen the one with the closest issue to yours and seen the result there. Namely: You're going to have to wait for 2.3. Also, you aren't really giving it the old college try if you have no menu and no cursor and you've posted no load order.
