Load Order

Post by Nonaverage-Joe » Wed Nov 27, 2013 1:06 am

Can you guys check my load order see if its fine? and if it isnt, give me ideas to fix and remove/add things to reduce ctds and increase performance. Thanks

Load the pre-order crap backs

Post by Thatchor » Wed Nov 27, 2013 1:25 am

Load the pre-order crap backs after GRA and before fallout 3. TTW should be right after MZ and nothing else besides the Fallouts and its DLC should be before it.

  • If I were you, I'd personally grab NVEC Complete as it includes NVEC reduce ctd (isn't this incompatible with TTW?) but there is a "mega patch on the forums here. NVEC includes a lot of the mods you have including manual reload, increased jamming (you have two of these?), hacking instant retry, unlimited companions, etc).

  • I have a PN patch here that will bring more PN features to the Capital Wasteland (make sure to remove your current PN vision patch).

  • I also have a TTW clean deluxe version that merges both the FO3 and FNV versions here. The performance of the gods, clean deluxe, and any other mod like that should go closer to the bottom of your load order.

  • On the NVEC page, there is also a merged version of all the More Perks. I'd grab that even if you don't get NVEC.

As for the actual load order, remember to put anything that's a "patch" closer to the bottom of your LO.

Thanks! im going to download

Post by Nonaverage-Joe » Wed Nov 27, 2013 1:39 am

Thanks! im going to download these now and try them out and clear out my load order. (The reason for 2 weapon jam mods was one of them just jams more frequently while the other mod could jam during midfire, im going to delete both to be sure though).

I also have concerns about my load order, and while the 2nd post is quite helpful, I am curious if someone with a relatively stable could post theirs.

this is a good example. (originally posted by WizardOfAtlantis)

1. Official ESM's in their correct load order

2. All other ESM files, followed by esp's in the following general order:

3. Any Unofficial patches

4. Weather/Environment/Sound mods

5. Minor mods/houses/items

6. Major Overhaul Mods (Project Nevada, EVE, Weapon Mods, Monsters)

7. Compatibility patches for said overhauls

8. Mods that conflict with above overhauls but need to take precedence (esp's like TTW_XPReduction, TTW_NoKarmaDCFollowers, T3T_TTW_ArmorTweaks, etc)

9. Grand Compatibility patches/merged leveled lists

10.Special Handling Mods that MUST override others (Deadly Reflex for Oblivion, etc)

11. Bashed patches and merged patches

12. Super Special Handling Mods that REALLY MUST override others and really be last (such as SkyRe reproccers and Automatic Variants for Skyrim)
