Monster Mod Causes CTD & Freezing Upon Getting close to SuperDuper Mart?

Basically what it says. I've tried a lot of things, and it's kind of driving me insane ever since I've reinstalled New Vegas with TTW. Monster Mod has always been a staple mod for me and I don't want to lose it.


Basically once I get close to the SuperDuper Mart (even across the river to the north) always causes my game to freeze and CTD.


I know that Monster Mod is causing the problem since as soon as I uninstall MoMod my game stop freezing and I can play forever without CTD's. And I'm using Mod Organizer so I know it's only MoMod.


 


Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if anyone knows how to fix it?

Depending on the scripts running, it could be a multitude of things.  Generally borked models do nothing but leave red exclamation marks, however, corrupted scripts (or scripts that fire for eternity) will be the most likely cause of the crash.  Make sure as well that all masters are properly sorted in the mod itself.  It's a small issue, but it could be big given how far into the game you go.


For testing scripts, I recommend that you have NVSE and that you put some PrintC's into the code to see where it's crashing, along with a SCOF to output the text to a file so you can look after the crash.  Also, NVAC.

Which version are you running? I running MoMod V10 and haven't had any issues.

Well I've removed it but I was running the one that was put back on Nexus after he was allowed to resume his work. So it should be his newest version.

Ah I didn't even know he had reloaded it. I'm still using the old V10 Guess I'll stick with the old one for now. :P
