After searching the web and this site, I haven't seen the crash/freeze cause or cure. After beating JinWei, all the in action combat freezes and General Chase runs to me and tells me simulation has ended and can't do anything else to continue beyond this!

IIRC try using the search box
IIRC try using the search box on this site and search something like "Anchorage Glitches" and then if there is a thread with that title just open it and search a few posts after the first one for a fix.
