Personal Terminal fallout 3 mod

sup guys. thanks to the guy with the charmander avatar his name escapes me right now lol. he helped me convert on of my favorite FO3 mods but it seems to cause a severe lag in my megaton house for some reason. this is the mod

im guessing its because the mod can access your containers within the megaton house from anywhere. when i got into the megaton house with the mod on it lags very badly. without the mod it is fine. also the locker is in the original place with the mod on. but moved with the mod off in TTW. i was just wondering how i could bypass this. maybe with merging i heard about but i dont know how to do that.
any help appreciated. thanks. i can also up load the edited version of the mod with the masters for NV if that helps. im not going to at this time because im not sure about permission.

seems like everything else in the mod works perfectly. maybe i could remove the option to access the house containers and also maybe the house mod change. i have no idea what to do when it comes to this.

I tried converting this.. and it borked.. granted I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to mod conversion but.. it's not easy to say the very least..
