Broken steel bug?

Just looking for some help here.

Finishing the main story, dying while pressing 2-1-6 blah blah blah we all know the drill... then ron perlman's "war ,war never..." you get it.

Then, video fading away, should have the intro to broken steel start, but nothing, the player just wakes up looking at the ceiling of project purity (can't even move). Does anyone know a solution, i'm running zero mods here so i'm a bit lost, thanks!

try using this console command: EnablePlayerControls

Tried that, still ending up not moving and doing wheezing noises...unsetteling really
