i've been trying to get FNVEdit to work but i just keep getting this error and i have no idea what it is.

Download FNVEdit again and
Download FNVEdit again and run it as an administrator.

Also, once you get it working
Also, once you get it working it'll look like it's stalling out but its just injecting FO3 into FNV. What I suggest is to minimize and utilize aero by hovering over the icon on the toolbar and see its status. If you try to maximize it while it's busy, it'll error out.

i tried that i dident help. i did however delete NV and reinstall it and this is all through steam. so i am thinking steam dident give me the registry key or something stupid like that. unless i am just being the stupid one.

FNVEdit was working the other
FNVEdit was working the other day before i uninstalled NV.

You have to run the fallout
You have to run the fallout launcher at least once after install or after checking file integrity in order to set the registry key.
