Summary:
+ Enclave radio does not play music, but does play President Eden's voice. GNR (I did not attach the dish yet) does not play music, but plays Three Dogs voice and news dialogues.
+ I lose GNR when outside in the Capital Wastelands, but gain it when entering DC interiors.
Not sure how to troubleshoot this.

Go into the data folder and
Go into the data folder and check if it properly added the music files when it installed, if not then just re-install and try again.
