Supermutant companion with NCCS

Well I've been trying to make a Supermutant companion, using NCCS for the base of the dialog, factions etc. But try as i might, I can't make him friendly! I set up the factions correctly in GECK by following the tutorial and cross-referencing details from another mod called NCCS pets and making sure that my companion has the same Factions, AI packages and stuff but when i put him ingame he shoots the place up and turns hostile! 


I am by no means a wizard at GECK but I'd love to know where I'm going wrong....I'll attach the file so that people can see what I've done and what needs correcting. The model uses files from a resource pack located here.
