Any of these mods still being updated?

I`ve been looking at mods that remake Fallout 1 in the Fallout New Vegas engine. So far my search had led to three different results.

If they are not being updated, then what is each mod developer`s stance on combining assets with each other`s projects? I didn`t see legal stuff and I don`t know how Nexus Forum messaging works.

That video from fallout 1 story looks damn cool. The California West Coast seems to have had it description updated recently (Last updated at 18:29, 23 Apr 2017)

So the creator of the mod is likely active, you should make an account at Nexus and PM all the authors (just click their names, it is usually displayed in orange after the "Uploaded by"), maybe try to make them work together since all 3 mods seems more or less similar, that would be awesome =]
