Who are the most poorly voiced/poorly cast characters in Fallout: New Vegas?

The 2nd one sounds more fitting for the Mojave atmosphere. The first one seems to be relying on a lower quality mic. Regardless, I'd avoid the bad attitude, and search for a different voice. -stranger with an at5040

Oliver sounds too young.

Would maybe be better as Colonel Hsu.

The 2nd guy sounded better, but if he's asking to be paid again to "fix" what he should have done in the first place per your instructions I'd find someone more "professional" for the part. Actors are paid per take but per the final result that the director (you in this case) is looking for.

Maybe have the 1st take a cue from the 2nd and adjust his voice some to try and match the "feel"?

The tone seems good, but doesn't sound "in-charge" enough like a general would be. Audio quality leaves a bit to be desired.
