Starting on dialogue writing:

BITTERSPRINGS

(solemn and sad) (Act like how you would talk in a funeral)

Are you a refugee or are here to see Doctor Markland? You need to sign some forms if you're looking to get medical attention. There's a long line.

Looks great other than references to Veronica in a hood. Many of us use Veronica versions which have no hood, although I know many who believe Veronica sans hood is not "lore friendly".

New vegas redesigned is literally a mod with lore friendliness in mind. You could argue that anything in the base game referencing something a mod changes is immersion breaking. Personally, I think it fits well.

I agree. I use redesigned 2 myself (not wanting to mess with FCO meshes and textures). Veronica is hoodless in both mods I believe.

Just added one unnamed NPC. It's nothing for now. But it'll add up as time goes on. She needs to redo a few lines, ie. "better off" but I like her voice.

I agree, dawes sounds so much more unique now. Hell, all of the characters are starting to sound like people I would actually remember.

Got a question!

So for the character "Apprentice Watkins" when she says Goodbye to you, it reverts to an older voice. Now I got a voice-actress to copy the voice of her Bye so that it matches with the voice.

So I thought I was done with that.

But I just came up with a crazy idea.

What if I completely revoiced Watkins. I could think of other girls that could voice her better. It could sound more like a teenager and sound more realistic. As opposed to her original voice.

Is it better do A or B?

A) Stick with Vanilla voice and plug in the "Goodbye" fix.

B) Revoice her

Figured I ask here since there are a lot of lore-folks
