@Pavel
@Pavel
I agree. Not sure it was intentional. But it was a hilarious character.

@maijincry
Agree on the NCR soldiers. But it could be difficult because there are so many of them. I think I'm mainly trying to focus on the named NPCs or the characters you speak with. And yes, when my mod is done, I will include TTW support but would need to finish the mod. Most of the original bad Vanilla faces have been fixed. But with regards to voice acting it's hard to say how long that will take because I keep coming up with ideas and I keep adding more voice actors to the team.
@TrickyVein
Totally agree with you on Emerson Brooks. His voice is cool but his acting isn't very convincing. Aside from Oliver Lee (which I am fixing right now) could you name the worst of Emerson Brooks' characters. Really want to focus on the really bad ones. Oliver Lee was recommended 8 times so I *will* fix him.
@Lyndi
I'll try to fix this. I"ll see if I can fix this with an age change of the face. But if it's a more critical fix, I'll get a voice actor to revoice them.
@Mystical Panda
Yerp. Gotta get more voice variety with the ladies.
@Roybatty
The legendary Roybatty! Yerp, I'll add that to the list. That guy has a ton of lines though. He's got almost as much as Elder Mcnamara.

The two rangers which I
The two rangers which I mentioned prior are the ones which really stick out in my mind.
Definitely 10 of Spades, the g-g-g-g-guy who stu-stu-stutters in 1st Recon.

Hi! Thanks for the advice
Hi! Thanks for the advice everyone. Here is what I will be doing. In the original game, each NCR soldier is tied to a particular voice type and a particular set of lines. In other words, they'll say "Patrolling the Mojave Makes you Wish for a Nuclear Winter"
I haven't done this. But I will.
Each NCR female soldier and male NCR soldier in high eye-traffic areas will now say different things.
I haven't done this yet but it would be easy to do. I'll gather a team of voice actors do all of these lines and each one will say different things.
Let me go over some examples:
If you go to the 188, a male soldier will talk about Veronica and how he thinks she's attractive.
If you go to the Aerotech office park, a male or female soldier may talk about Keith or may talk about the drug addicts (Jet addicts) there.
If you go to Bittersprings, a male or female soldier may talk about how extremely difficult it is to work with Gilles. Or they may talk about the waning conditions of the camp and how so many refugees are in need of medical help. Or they may talk about a sniper that keeps killing refugees (Oscar Velasco)
If you go to Boulder City, female and male NCR soldiers will talk about the battle with the Khans and how they care about the two people held hostage. They may discuss strategies on how to take down the hostage takeover.
If you go to Camp Forlorn Hope, the soldiers may mention a few things. They may talk about Doctor Alex Richards and that he could use help. They may mention about how things are getting bad with casualties and injuries. They may mention that Oliver Stone looks a little drugged out lately. They may mention about missing medical supplies.
If you go to Camp Mccarran, the soldiers may mention about Corporal Betsy. They will mention Cook-Cook but won't go into details about it. Some will mention about Little Buster and how he constantly punches the dummy everday..and his dedication. Some may talk about how the food from Farber tastes like cardboard. The soldiers near Cristina Morales will show sympathy and sadness about what's happened with her husband, Esteban Morales. The soldiers near Silus will mention how much of a great feat it was that they captured him, etc.
If you go to Camp Searchlight, the male and female soldiers will talk about what happened with the ghouls.
If you go to the Mojave Outpost, some of the male NCR soldiers may mention something about Cass and how they think she's cute. Another soldier will talk about how skillful Ranger Ghost is in combat.
If you go to Nelson, you'll see a few NCR soldiers getting into an argument talking about how to save the three crucified NCR soldiers near Nelson.
If you go to the strip in Fallout: New Vegas, the NCR soldiers will talk about how much fun they're having at the strip. Some will be lucky. Some will be unlucky. Some will mention Joana. Some will mention the Omertas.
I won't bother with the "Ranger Stations' (Ranger Station Alpha, Ranger Station Bravo, Ranger Station Charlie, Ranger Station Delta, Ranger Station Echo, Ranger Station Foxtrot) because I consider those areas low eye-traffic.

Did a bit of walking around
Did a bit of walking around in NCR areas in New Vegas. I think I could have *every* generic NCR trooper say something new and say something different. Even if each person said one line but they all said something different, it would add a lot to the game. And it would be easy to do. It wouldn't take me that long to program a couple lines per NCR trooper. In areas with higher eye-traffic, they may say more.
