SCC Conversion

I ran Sharing and Caring Companions through the coversion process.  Everything went off without a hitch, got my ducks... er, masters... all in a row and my load order straight but I know there's more to it than that, the trouble being that I don't know what to do next.  I'm going through and collecting tutorials now but basically the converted mod loads and even runs.  Asks me for my choice for a command key and all.  I suppose if I approached someone the other scripts would work also.  The problem is that everything is taking place at the approximate rate of one frame every six seconds.  I have NO idea what to look for in a problem like this.  I intend to spend the day reading up on converting FO3 mods but if someone has a clue where to look first and cares to have mercy on the senile old guy, I'd sure appreciate it.


EDIT: Never mind, I guess. I found it on a list of mods that do exactly what I'm describing from a couple of years ago and apparently no fix was ever found.  That was one of my favorites too.  Gonna miss it. :/

You could try using a FNV mod

I've tried that Candora's Box mod in straight FNV before. Too many problems for too many people.  I did manage to smuggle my #1  FNV companion into the DCW though.  That's almost as good.  I'm using JIP CCC already and will definitely look into the other one.  Thanks!
