I use a rifle from one of my favorite FNV weapon packs in TTW. The gun works fine except for certain times when I'll pump two or three 30 rnd clips into a raider before bringing him/her down unless I get a headshot. #1 I can't afford to be blowing away that much ammo and #2, it can be quite an immersion breaker, especially when the other bad guys are blowing your ass away while you diddle around with this one tough one.
I'm wondering why it might be happening. It seems to apply just to raiders. Creatures and even other human enemies seem to react normally to taking a triple tap square in the center of mass. It's not even all of the raiders either. Just every now and then, I come across raiders who take an inordinate number of hits and continue to function normally. Thinking it's maybe raiders added by a mod and the only mod I have that adds enemies to the game is Martigen's older increased spawn mod (MMM causes massive lag on my rig).
Has anyone ever experienced the raiders from that mod perhaps being tougher than normal or is this just something inherent in bringing FNV weapons into TTW without any kind of conversion or adjustments?
