i just wanted to know when you have ttw mod can u bring fallout 3 dlc guns into fallout nv and the same for fallout nv can u bring dlc guns and armor fom nv into fallout 3

If you mean to ask if the
If you meant to ask if the character can go through the FO3 and FNV DLCs, collect weapons, then bring them and use those weapons in the Mojave or Capital Wastelands. The answer is yes.
If you meant to ask if TTW automatically distributes DLC weapons into the Mojave and/or Capital Wastelands. The answer is no (you still have to play the DLCs to get the weapons).
