Anyone who has a save with a maxed out Capital Wasteland char - or cheat tips?

So I've made a patch for Smokindan's Trophies and Chucksteel's TTW Interiors, but this is the first time I'm playing TTW so I can't check out the result ingame. Does anyone have a save with a char who has done like everything in the Capital Wasteland (i.e. all quests, important locations discovered, (some) maxed out skills)?

Alternatively, is it possible to cheat via the console so the game thinks my char has done all that? I've googled a bit but I've only seen ways to complete a certain quest via the console - not ALL quests. And not sure about discovered locations. Can you console "all locations discovered"?

I know the console for TMM 1 will "show" all map markers not sure if it marks them "discovered". IIRC I didn't get xp for going to them after the TMM.

On the skills/special you can use the player.setav xx 10 or 100 for that

I have a character that is done with DC pretty much, only some side quests remain. I'm running TTW Interiors. IF you'd like shoot me the esp in a PM and I'll try it out.

I'd love some input on it. More details in the opening post. I'd also love to check out the result ingame myself, so I'd be grateful if I could use your save with your char that has finished most of the Capital Wasteland side of things.
