whats the difference between these two mods?

Im wondering what the differences are between these two mods I have:

Is one particularly better than the other? Should I keep using both? I mostly installed RIL since I was unaware that ILO had a patch for TTW. If I could remove one without really losing any immersion in game then I'm all for it as each of these mods has about 5 plugins each. yeesh

Two entirely different mods. RIL is for F3 and ILO is for NV. The ttw patch for ILO only covers the train station.

ah right, well I at least know now that I can switch between them during playthroughs in the corresponding wasteland to save LO space thanks :)
