Updating Older Versions of TTW Mods and Patches

Hey! I just finished my nodded Skyrim playthrough and am looking forward to my TTW playthrough. I am new to TTW but am familiar with mods in general.

I have some questions regarding mods or patches that were created for older versions of TTW such as ver 1.4.

1. What do I need to do to make them compatible with ver 2.7?

2. Is it the same process as converting an unconverted mod?

3. If so, do I use the conversion pack that was released with ver 2.0? I didn't see one posted with the new ver 2.7.2.

I appreciate the help!

Anything Pre 2.0 will be more work than just starting over.

Gotcha. If the mod is 2.0 or later, does it need to be updated for 2.7 or should it be ok?

It really depends on the mod. Some need tweaks from version to version, others don't.
