Anyone else have issues with JIP Selective-Fire?

Post by Sanded » Fri Sep 12, 2014 12:45 am

It seems extremely unlikely but I can't seem to figure another culprit at this time. I also noticed another person on the Nexus having an identical issue to myself who happened to have TTW installed. Basically everything in the MCM menu for Selective-Fire appears to be working, but in gameplay the select fire and all the other options of the mod do nothing.

I've tried numerous different saves with the same load order and nothing worked apart from a completely unmodded goodsprings save. Starting in the vault seems to keep it from working for me, though I have no idea why.

Edit: D'oh! I just didn't read the mod thread carefully enough to notice what was causing the problem. A user posted a fixed esp there already. Sorry for wasting anyone's time.

I have a chatpad. There is actually one available for wireless controllers too located here, but it's just as complicated. In the end I opted to build a hotkeys mod with your Lutana. Would be nice to use that chatpad though.

oh, did JIP SF update?  mine doesn't even have an MCM

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

JIP constantly updates his mods.  It is good to check the JIP mods you use weekly or monthly.

i generally don't check updates unless i think a mod is broken.   it's one of the neat things you can do when you don't have constant connection.

Roger that and I agree!  I sometimes wonder if people would play Fallout in some sort of apocalypse if there were able to keep a survival compound, a decent computer, and generate power ... LOL
