If not would respawn timer for New vegas and Fallout 3 work, if the falllout3 mod is converted to TTW?

Was thinking of trying MMM if there is n´t a mod that just make interiors respawn.

Not that I'm aware of, that seems to be the only mod that does that kind of thing for F3 that I'm aware of. Well, besides FWE...

The best I've ever seen as far as stability was manually creating an adding NPC an creatures into the wasteland.  Scripting it doesn't take into account the particular hardware requirements or gameplay of the specific area inside the game where the spawns are added.


Also it's just duplicating really sucky "hero complex" NPC/Creature.  It's a little late in 2016 to be running a simulation of lame clone killing.  I believe like many other FO3/FNV/FO4 players, we are really looking for custom encounters made by someone that understands the wasteland.
