My TTW Bobblehead addon tweaks

The bobblehead addon isn't complete. For instance the medicine bobble alters addiction chance by 10% instead of the 25% it was supposed to, lockpick wasn't changed at all, and luck didn't support a luck value above 10 which comes into play if you use a mod that removes the stat cap like me.


I went through all the bobbles and tried to fix them when necessary. I also unhid the perks. They mostly do exactly what the bobble mod thread here in the forums say they do but some tweaks were made. I'll list what they do now.

strength - Increases your carrying capacity by 25.


agility - You regenerate action points 10% more quickly than normal.


endurance - Your DT has increased by 5.


intelligence - You gain one additional skill point per level.


perception - You're now 15% more accurate in vats.


charisma - Companions attack 10% faster. (I made a copy of the ferocious loyalty script and altered it to give a perk that raises the companion's attack speed. My scripting ability isn't 100% but it should work. It also only affects vanilla companions)


luck - An extra 1% crit chance per point of luck up to a max of 10%. (originally it just assigned an extra 1% per point of luck up to 10 and then didn't do anything at 11+. I changed the == condition to >= so it should work with numbers past 10)


barter - You now purchase items for 15% less.


energy weapons - Bypasses five points of the target's DT when you attack with an energy weapon.


explosives - Lowers AP cost of explosives by 15%.


guns - 10% less spread with guns. (was originally supposed to increase their accuracy in vats but that's what the perception bobble does already.)


lockpick - Chance for more loot from safes. (This bobble wasn't implemented at all when I started so I tried my best to make it from scratch. I made a leveled list and put stuff like stims, radaway, scrap metal/electronics, bulk ammo, and so forth. I made a global that controls its items return rate that starts at 0 but goes up to 25% when one gets the bobble. I then added the list to the cluttersafe lists. In theory if you uninstall the mod the list I made should disappear so if the list names still appear in the cluttersafe lists then they shouldn't return any items?)


medicine - Reduces chance of addiction by 25%. (The message in game and the description in the forums both said 25% but the actual value was 10%. I changed the 10% rather than the message)


melee weapons - Increases attack speed with melee weapons by 20%.


repair - Lowers rate of item decay by 25%


science - You deal 20% more damage to robots.


sneak - Increases sneak attack critical hit damage by 50%.


survival - Your run speed is increased by 10%


unarmed - Your bare handed punches only use half AP in VATS


speech - still speech +10 because I don't know how to increase reputation gains

Naturally I didn't make the original mod so I can't really call dibbs on this, so if y'all want to tweak it yourselves then I can't argue.
