Modular Outfit Distribution or MOD for short, is a mod that aims to diversify new vegas by adding new outfit parts that are randomly assembled via script and added to a npc (male and female).
I plan on making the outfits to fit t6m (females) and the upcoming Roberts body by Nivea.
