Leveled List Question

If I install, lets say an armor mod or weapons mod that includes a leveled list intended to be used with New Vegas, will that armor or weapons also be distributed in the Capital waste with TTW installed? Or is that another animal that needs dealing with?

leveled lists, in the case of npcs, are part of the NPCs data list, and most of the NPCs in the game use templates NPCs to store common values before uniquing them. so, a mod that adds things to LLs in NV may also put those things in similar NPCs in the CW, but might not based on how we've got those NPCs set up as.

essentially: maybe, but often not.

I've had mods go both ways on this.

Spice of life is showing up in the CW but it's "varied"

I was also going to use a spice of life also until I saw the requirement for a different body style. :(
