I was strolling around Nexus, and came across the MMUE. In what way is it an enhancement to my game? Or are there any fixes that TTW fixes itself?

TTW Fixes probably covers
TTW Fixes probably covers every *fix* in MMUE. It is an enhancement to your game in that if you add it to your TTW you'll be reinstalling your game. Also, you'd know this if you'd have bothered reading the Alpha Download / FAQ pages.
