Many people posted problems related to 4.1.36 NVSR and I am slightly unsure if I should make changes in ini such as enable heap replacement, disabling LCS alike......
Should I leave ini vanilla state? Will older version of NVSR work better?

Recently reverted back to 4.1
Recently reverted back to 4.1.30 thanks to RoyBatty, no more stutters at all. I shut off it's heap replacement for NVSEs, and the experimental features are off.
