Has anyone tried the mod "Nipton Rebuilt"?

My rig is not really good for running RTS or Wasteland Defenses unless I run other fancy and large mods so

I want to try smaller rebuilding mod "Nipton Rebuilt"

Buggy or Resource Hog?

Adding "redundant" cells?

Gives atmosphere to Nipton..?

Al Chestbreach did a video about it. But I have to say I dont remember in detail. A ton of fetch quests if I am not mistaken. Always wanted to make my own version of Nipton (pre legion tied in with Powdergangers, normal, and then rebuilt)

It's buggy but still useable. Some of things that need to be done are little cheesy in my opinion, even for Fallout. But will I still use it, yeah.

When I buy super dupet sound card and Power sup (and possibly CPU) I'll be rebuilding nipton via RTS mod.

I prefer either Goodsprings or Searchlight for RTS. There are mods to eliminate the radiation and of course, you can too through the Geck.

I was having CTD issues on the main menu when using a few mods including TTW and Nipton Rebuilt. I'm not sure if it was Nipton Rebuilt, or a different mod conflicting with it, but removing Nipton Rebuilt stopped the problems.
