Supermutant Weapon Loads Fix Needs Testing

This is a fix for Issues with the DC Super Mutants leveled weapons lists.


I currently need people to test it and provide info on issues and/or correct functionality.


EDIT: 1:30pm 12/19/14: I'm uploading an updated version that includes a fix for one SM Master that was using the New Vegas SM weapon lists instead of the DC versions. Also: Removed: 2 ITM Records.

Yeah, SMs understand splash

Yeah, SMs understand splash damage and so won't use explosives at close range.
