FNV NCCS vs. NosCo's RR for FO3 [TTW'd]

Post by DireWulvyn » Sun Feb 16, 2014 10:21 pm

Hi people! Man, it seems I'm putting a lot of posts into this forum.

Double Check - Am I in the right forum? Y/N pls. Re-direct if not THX

How do FNVs NosCo Companion System [NCCS] and FO3s NosCo RR Companions/Vault 1 system [TTWd as found here under Mod Releases] compare/play together?

Are they compatible with each other? Is NCCS already TTW friendly? [it is an NV mod after all]

If I use NVs NCCS, will the system work for the DC Wastes? [ie; Does it override the NosCo RR?]. Or vice-versa?

Or are they separate entities that fight like siblings? [Same family, different viewpoints]

In other words, will the companions from FO3 RR work under the NCCS umbrella, or vice-versa?

I think they're the same system, just NCCS is for written for FNV, and NosCo RR is for FO3. Am I correct?

If so, the NCCS seems to be the better bet, being FNV and all.

I like and have used both of these mods in separate game installs in the past, I want to use companions from both, and I would love to get them together [or properly setup if one overrides the other].

I may be referencing RR wrong. I think it's a subsidiary of the FO3 NosCo Companions, but, uh.....

So, FNVs NCCS...or...Fo3s RR...or...both?

THX

...anybody?...any input at all?...

I know, I know...Wait for it... Everybody will tell you I'm impatient as all **** [that's their polite term], but I can finally create the Fallout of my fantasies [with a ****load of learning and working w/ all the wonderful utilities available, barely there right now...sigh...]. Just want to be sure I understand what works before I do.

Guessing everybody's busy with living and loving, and all the other projects [I see your names all over the mod sites, doing this, doing that, THANK YOU!] One day...

THX
