load order ill get to soon just unninstalled all of my mods so ill see if that will help and ill reinstall them?

I've seen that when a hud element texture has no mipmaps. Do You have a mod with custom hud/map icons?

Use BOSS and BUM to sort your load order.


Then use the export load order option in FOMM or NMM and attach it to a post.


You spammed the chat pretty hard with relatively noobish questions and you seem to have very little idea how to mod effectively, so I suggest that you look for a youtube series by Gopher, explaining modding basics.
