Just wonder, how difficult it is to implement such a "tuning dial" mini game on TTW for the radio and Ham radio?
Radio: successful tune the dial and you can change the station it plays (with a mini quest "Voice of freedom/Voice of America" - change all radios in DC wasteland to play 3 dogs or Enclave station).
Ham radio: successful tune the dial and you can call a random traders/scavengers and trade stuff.
