Union Stations - Clean and full of people

I've given it thought that I might just make the Union Stations more, Lively if that makes sense. Cleaning up the interiors, train interiors, Adding people to the Trains passenger cars and dinning, outside the unions (I need to add a Brotherhood of Steel outpost for the D.C one, because on arrival from NV and left D.C's union I found an enclave troop shooting me as soon as I left), and adding people that might look as if they're traveling between both union stations. Came across this idea while running back to NV from D.C and thought it'd be cool to see these when they looked cleaned up. Think of Tenpenny Tower if you will. I'm fairly decent with the Geck nothing to complex, but I really want to create a mod like this for TTW and might just do it. Any thoughts on this? Also to make it easier for me what are the Geck cell ID's for the unions interiors and train interiors?

Your welcome to do what you will to the stations, there is an update in progress that adds NPC's, Moving trains and, more. I has bin put on hold because of this Union Station By Trickyvein. I had always fully intended on fleshing out the stations with encounters, NPC's and more but, I ran out of time when when went to release TTW to the public. Now that Tricky has gone out of his way to make the transit method truly seller I don't see a point on working on them until he finishes his killer models.


If you don't know that model is based on the real Union station in DC, I have even talked him into making a modle for Union Pacific station in Vegas. These are real world places, the station in Vegas was torn down in the 60's. Tricky found the original blueprints to build his model from! It will Kick ass!

Progress - [color=Orange]Update #1[/color] - NV Union Metro Clean up


Considering as Chuck mentioned Tricky is working on building an actual version of Union Station, I thought I should still create this mod so I can get more familiar with the Geck and hopefully at least release it before Tricky is finished. I plan on adding better lighting, NPC's that interact as they would at a public train station, working casinos in the casino are of the NV Union Metro, Cleaning up the Metros and their unions as well as adding more props.

I've put off a bit of work with the NV Union Metro and went ahead and went for the station, because I was tired of the low FPS and CTD's from all the loaded clutter. So tell me how you like the new NV Union Station. (This isn't finalized I still have more navmeshing to do)

Looks nice, I always wanted to give the player the option to clean up the stations and set them up as a player home. With the rebuilt train stations, it's a shame we can't make use of this, but I'm sure you are learning tons and hopefully having a blast.

I am and I knew you were planning on using trickyveins model of it once it's finished. I thought if I could release this before then it'd make me happier lol. Though at the rate this is moving he'll be long done before me. I have this really kind of funny, but cool idea to make the mens bathroom in the Freeside NV Union Station. Cut off the bathroom and make it flooded with blood with a floating Dead NPC and have two Hazmat suited NPC's (Advanced Radiation Suits I think should fit the job) on each side of the Bathroom entrance with their hands behind their back while the Public NPC's form a little group in shock of what happened. Putting a pool of blood in the Bathroom, Bloody marks, dripping blood etc hah...would of been cool and make sense since it's Freeside we're talking about here. Once I get more familiar with NPC's I'm going to try to create this.

Thanks a lot, Kind of motivation I need. I'm probably going to release a clean version of the mod in beta then v1.1 will have NPC's and the rest of the things I need to add.
