Just an odd thing I noticed - this is a vanilla new vegas mod, but I've had no problems using it in DC to it's full functionality - even going so far to fill up bottles from a fire hydrant, which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist in F:NV, or at least isn't used? I know Bottle that Water has already been converted, I just found it odd that the mod worked so seamlessly

Just an example of great design going a long way. He probably checked for water types rather than individual objects, so it increases compatibility by default.

Indeed. I was quite happy to find out that the empty bottles I had picked up by habit weren't going to waste! I always thought one of the major immersion breakers in fallout 3/fallout NV was the lack of ability to fill up water bottles.

Oh man; there was so little water in the DC wastes that my character was addicted to beer on my first playthrough one day out of the vault.
This could be useful as long as it's not too OP.

It isn't, or at least, I don
It isn't, or at least, I don't find it to be. Purified water sources are few and far between in DC, and I've often had to just harvest dirty water and hope I'll come across a campfire/bbq grill to convert them to purified water in time. Each bottle of water you drink turns into a bottle and a bottle cap, and to fill it up you need the same (one bottle and a bottle cap)
