Well, I said I would make an overhaul, and here it is.  Grab the attached archive and test the plugin out if you want, and tell me what you think. Place it after any ttw-related plugins to ensure everything works as intended. Discussion about the various changes and potential balance issues in this plugin and constructive criticism are welcome. "Armor-Weapon-Ballistics-Damage Realism." The "Realism" bit is open for debate, but I recommend watching your health bar VERY carefully, regardless. Wear a good helmet.

How is this handled? The one I have no uses a formula by script to ensure no compatibility issues and full mod support.

No scripts. The mod consists entirely of record overwrites, so I won't say it doesn't cause compatibility issues. I don't use any mods like WME or WMX, but I know it'll cause problems with those and anything which alters the same item entries.

And I do intend to check out the mod it spawned (or spurned) when I get a chance.. Not actually playing is one thing but I haven't even loaded xEdit or the GECK yet... must be coming down with something.

Hmm, everything seems...over powered...For instance, even though I am wearing APA Mk1, an assault rifle will still kill me, rather quick at that, as will a hunting rifle (took about 120 damage from one shot). 


Would be interesting to see how it works with an upgraded armor mod.

I balanced everything around a game with little or no damage bleed-through. Vanilla bleed-through is 20%, I believe, so 120 damage from a hunting rifle sounds about right for a headshot through power armor, considering that I increased player headshot damage from 1x (compared to 2x on npc's) to 15x, and human npc's get 15x, as well. In addition to the low damage bleed-through, I play with no health gains each level and low health bonuses from Endurance.
