It's not just a texture and UV issue. Each armor needs to be resized to fit Exnem's body, which would be hours of work in Blender. There are tutorials out there for converting outfits between body types. Your problem is not a lack of people who know how to do it, your problem is a lack of people with the motivation to do it. I would recommend learning how to do it yourself and forging ahead; it's how I got into modding because I realized no one would make what I want except for me.

Echoing what retlaw said. Its a time consuming project. Probably a good place to start learning a program though. You'd have your start point and end point easily referenceable.
