I miss my FO3 Dart Gun. The one with limb crippling. Don't know if it was changed in New Vegas, or changed in Project Nevada.

First, unless a patch has been released the PN dart gun is a different item than the TTW dart gun and they use different ammo. Second, the change is a balance change made by TTW. Third, it is very easy to revert this change. Give me a few minutes and I will have it for you.
edit, this should do the trick.
Awesome. I'll give it a shot. I'm using a damage modifier mod. Enemies do 300% damage and PC only does 50%. The Super Mutant Behemoth was mopping the floor with me.

That's pretty steep.. ever thought about making the enemies smarter and just making the player weaker?

Wouldn't know how to make the enemy smarter. I feel it's unfairly smart already.
Example: in Fallout 3, there are three raiders who fight two super mutants across the Potomac river. The three raiders are at the bottom ledge close to the water. I was in the parking lot above them. I was sneaking around and was under caution, then suddenly they somehow saw up and over the ledge and noticed me?
And I do take a lot of damage, I have to save a bit. Don't know how I could make myself weaker. Oh, and it's on hardcore. No more stimpak spamming
