ENB Working Night Vision Fix

I Found A fix for the issue with ENBs where night vision doesn't work. It's for Skyrim but i tried it myself and it does work This is the location of the info. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/11639-%E3%80%90night-vision-enb%E3%80%91/

You open you enbeffects.fx file and add the lines shown in the link. Enclosed is a copy of my effects file for reference.

What ENB are you using? This fix doesn't seem to work with mine

The fix on Nexus works.
