Nice list, Roy!!  Now that TTWLODGen/FNVLODGen/FO3LODGen have been much improved and now the big LOD Terrain Pack by tgspy is up..  Are there any other additions/deletions on your list you'd recommend?  Or is this list still pretty much what you still work with when you play?  Thanks!

EDIT:  Got ahead of myself when I asked.. Some of the links hasn't been updated with the Nexus' changeup/improvement.  Some others I use (sorry, I'm a bit lazy and not giving links, BUT, can be easily found):

Powered Power Armor - PPA

Power Armor Distribution Overhaul - PADO

Impact

Ultimate Realistic World Lighting - URWLTTW (Have to say, this is one amazing weather/imagespace mod!) - Not sure it belongs with Texture Packs but worth mentioning!

Vault 22 Floral Overhaul - Just what is says!  Improves the flora within the vault!

Risewild's Reading is Learning - Replaces Books and Pre-War Books with Hi Res Textures

TTW Firetrucks and Police Cars - HD Retextures for Firetrucks/Police Cars

TTW Graves

Animated Aquarium

Beware of Girls - Hi Res Body Replacer for Type3 Females

Breeze's Males - Hi Res Body Replacer for Males

Bobblehats - Adds hats to your bobbleheads !!

Glowing Items - You can customize which items glow (food, chems, workbench items such as empty syringe or tweezers) to aid finding them better!  Especially if you run mods that makes nights darker!

Advanced Recon Series - This adds armor content vs texture packs, but worth mentioning!

Kristina's Closet - Type3 Clothing

Okay.. I'm looking through my downloads and finding myself starting to list things that aren't specifically textures.  Some of these mods adds new items (armor/weapons/etc) that aren't exactly replacers texture-wise but totally new content that has their own textures included.  I run approximately 156 mods using MO with 4GBNV patch applied to my FalloutNV.exe  I'm starting to get carried away with what I'm referring to as texture packs.  Sorry.
