I looked around and couldn't find anywhere that addressed this specifically.
With TTW,
[1] FO3 mods need to be converted (true/false). I'm pretty sure that's true.
[2] FNV mods need to be converted (true/false). I'm on the fence with this one since we're using NV as the base-game and FO3 gets dumped into the FNV directories.
[3] Can FNV graphics enhancement mods safely be installed? Are there any TTW graphics mods that give both FO3 and FNV a high-def feels. Cause I sure could use dem feels.
Also, as a sorta unrelated question. I've been off the mod scene for awhile, including this forum. Are there any mods that are stable enough to recommend that will work with TTW? I'm on the latest alpha release. Your help is definitely appreciated. :D
Also, also - if you have Skyrim and need a tiny break from modding yourself, try my love-child here - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33385/?

1) Yes
2) No
3) Replacers for both games can be used safely.
sorta unrelated question) Project Nevada, any well made FNV mod usually works, and any mod specifically made for TTW.

If you decide to use NMC's
If you decide to use NMC's packs I highly recommend you use my scripts to clean them up properly to avoid texture conflicts and some LOD issues.
