Solid Project TTW

Hello everyone! I am new here at the forums, and I am just running into a small problem. I am using the Solid Project by the author TommInfinite, and it is a wonderful mod, and one I consider essential for the most part. The only thing is that I don't want the mod to start at the beginning of the game, since you can sprint with giant man hands as a baby. Is there a way to make the mod activate when you exit vault 101, or Doc Mitchell's house? I am not sure where to start honestly.

Exit the vault or Doc Mitchells, quit, turn on the mod, then run the game starting at the vault/house exit where you can finalize your stats.
