Lootable Rubble Piles Mod Conversion

I have found that the Lootable Rubble Piles mod for Fallout 3 is very useful in finding new items, everywhere! I loved this mod so much and I haven't been able to find a similar Fallout New Vegas version. Can you please help me out?
