I really like the Desert Ranger Combat Armor. I'm not a fan, however, of the writing on the front that says "Forgive me mama". Does anyone know a mod, or can anyone make a mod, that removes the writing?

I don't know of any mod that does just that.
I guess you could take a look at ADAM. I don't know how compatible it is because I never used it but it's the only mod I know of that allows to customize the helmets (and I think it allows to remove the writing or add different things).
