One of the things that I liked about earlier versions of this mod (way back when it was Requiem for a Capital Wasteland) is that the Fallout 3 weapons and armor had their original stats, like armors giving Damage Resistance instead of Damage Threshold, Hunting Rifles being the weaker .32 variant and shotguns doing their ridiculous crit damage. I was wondering if it was possible to bring this back in the form of an optional mod to the current TTW version?
I have some modding experience within GECK, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to do this, possibly having the installer not change the FO3 weapon/armor stats, or if this is something that needs to be manually tweaked on a case-by-case basis for each item (also things like re-adding .32 ammo and having the old style Hunting Rifle in the Capital Wasteland but the .308 version in the Mojave). Any suggestions about how to accomplish this through GECK?
