Hey all. :) I was wondering if someone could make a REALLY small mod that makes Blackhawk as amazing as it was back in FO3 - Scoped, no Spread, and more damaging (around Ranger Sequoia level damage). That would REALLY be awesome.
I'd do it myself if I knew how, and (I know this sounds stupid), but if someone would be willing to walk me through how to do it, I'd really appreciate that.
